Return & Refund Policy

Returns: Return items have a time limitation of 7 days from confirmed delivery by the shipping carrier. Please email us if you would like to make a return in 7 days or less from confirmed delivery by the shipping carrier to qualify for a return. It is the customer’s responsibility to inspect all purchases upon receipt. If the item has been returned in like-new condition, we will issue you a discount code equal to 25% of the price that you paid for the returned item. This can be used for future purchases in our store. We reserve the right to change the amount of the discount and the duration of the discount code at our sole discretion. Items that we deem to be in used condition will not be accepted (example: pet hair, stains, and abused items). Items must be in like-new condition. If damaged, soiled or visibly used, the item will be deemed as non-returnable. The item will be inspected by us within 48 hours, and we will decide whether a refund should be issued. We are unable to cancel an order once it has shipped with a third-party delivery company. If you don’t want your item, you can choose to return it for a 25% discount off a future purchase in our store and it will fall under our previously mentioned 7 day return policy.
If you wish to cancel an item that has not already shipped, please let us know as soon as possible by sending us an email. We make no guarantee that we will be able to cancel an item after you place your order.
If you receive your order after 7 days and you change your mind and decide you don't want your item, we encourage our customers to utilize platforms to sell their furniture such as Facebook Marketplace, eBay and AptDeco.
Damaged Items: In the unlikely event that you receive a product that has been damaged in transit or is defective, we are happy to provide a prompt replacement free of charge. Please email us within 48 hours of receiving your item if it is defective. Any damages must be noted on the bill of lading. We will repair or replace damaged or defective goods (provided we determine the damage is caused by manufacturer defect or error) at no additional charge. If a return is desired instead of a replacement, the Returns clause applies and we will issue you a discount code equal to 25% of the item’s purchase price for a future purchase in our store. We reserve the right to change the amount of the discount and the duration of the discount code at our sole discretion.
Company Promotions: We may run promotions that offer you a full refund on your furniture purchase and / or additional cash prizes. Promotions can start and stop at any time and we will notify customers by posting an announcement to our website or any social media pages that we link to on our site. If you win a full refund on your purchase, please allow us up to three weeks to disburse your refund and / or cash prize via ACH transfer, wire transfer, or other means. Once we disburse your refund and / or cash prize, it may take an additional 10 days to see the funds in your account. We will use the Shopify platform to refund your original purchase. We will use the email that you placed your order with to send any additional cash prizes beyond the total value of your purchase. If you do not agree to that email being used to send you an additional cash prize beyond the total value of your purchase, you agree that you we can indefinitely withhold your winnings and you release any and all claim to any additional cash prize beyond the total value of your purchase.
