How long will it take to receive my order after I place it on your site?

Typically 7-10 days after you place your order but it may take longer in some cases.

Where does Apt 316 Furniture ship to?

Nationwide in the United States. We do not ship internationally at this time.

What is the policy for defective or damaged items?

You must inform us within 48 hours of receipt for any defective, missing parts or damaged merchandise. We will repair or replace such items that we deem to be caused by manufacturer defect or error at no extra charge,

How should merchandise be inspected upon delivery?

Signature upon receipt acknowledges that merchandise is received in full and good condition. Any damages should be noted on the bill of lading.

What is the warranty for Apt 316 products?

The manufacturer of our products provides a one year warranty on all products covering defects and workmanship. Regular wear and tear are not covered. Send us an email if you believe your product is defective and you are still in the one year warranty period.

How long do I have to return an item?

7 days from confirmed delivery by the shipping carrier. See our return policy for full detail.

Can I exchange an item?

You can cancel an item if it has not yet shipped and we will do our best to cancel it from our end, although we do not promise we'll be able to do this in time before the item ships. You can place a new order for the item you would like.

How are shipping costs handled for returns?

We will cover the shipping costs of returns.

Will the delivery carrier bring furniture inside my residence?

No. The delivery carrier is responsible for delivering the furniture to your residence, and they are not obligated to bring it inside or to a specific location inside of your residence. Please ensure you can get your furniture inside your residence and make arrangements as needed, The carrier will contact you with an estimated delivery window.
